What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There will be instances where we won't be able to change or cancel your order; we apologize for any inconvenience and we'll try our best to work something out with you.

- Shipping Info -


How will my order be shipped and how much would it cost?

Orders ship out within 2-7 business days of ordering via USPS (we don't ship Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays). It will be shipped via United States Postal Service.


United States and US Territories

We ship to all US states and US territories, APO/FPO. Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be guaranteed for Priority or Express delivery. Shipping rates vary by item and they’re always stated at checkout; we ship USPS First Class Domestic.

A shipping confirmation email from Paypal will provide you with tracking info so you can track your package and definitely know where your goodies are at all time.


International Shipping

All international orders ship via United States Postal Service First Class International Mail. International orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Priority Mail or Express shipping at the moment.


Please, be aware that international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. All these fees are calculated by the customs officials of your respective countries, so it's impossible for us to calculate it beforehand. Also, please be aware that delays in customs are common and packages may take longer to get to destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.


How do I know my order shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email from Paypal when it ships with tracking number info.


I wrote my address wrong and my order already shipped, what do I do?

We are not responsible for orders that were dispatched with the address you provided. Please double check your information before completing the checkout process. Contact us as soon as you realize the error; the best we can do is try to help you track it; so make sure you double check your addy well.

- Returns & Exchanges -


What is Funny People co.'s return policy?

We know you'll absolutely love your piece, however if something doesn't work out for you we will happily accept unworn or defective merchandise within 7 days of delivered date.


Funny People co. may and will refuse any return or exchange where there is noticeable use, the piece has been worn or is not in its original condition.

Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt in our studio. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.


When shipping back your items please, pack all of them in a secure wrapping or reuse the original packaging and add a tracking number/insurance. We won't be responsible for lost packages on their way to the studio that do not have a tracking number. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Final Sale and Clearance items are non-returnable.


What's Funny People co.'s exchange policy?

Please contact us for exchanges. We exchange for the same piece; unless you're interested in another item, in that case; place an order for the new item you are interested in and we'll refund any excess funds and shipping charges.


Return for defective items and wrong items shipped:

Any defective item or item that was different from original invoice may be refunded or exchanged.

You must contact us within 7 days of received. Items must be received here at the studio before any refunds are issued. Please note that all defective items are subject to inspection.

Upon inspection, if item is deemed defective or wrong item shipped, we will ship a new one free of charge to you.


Pack all items in secure packaging or reuse the original packaging and please add a tracking number/insurance, we won't be responsible for parcels lost on the way to the studio that don’t have a tracking number.


Discounted or Sale returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for discounted and sale items.

Final Sales and Clearance returns and exchanges

All Final Sale and Clearance items are non-exchangeable and we won't accept returns.
